# Neyi Fark Ettim?

## NUT(U)K - MANTIK / LOGOS - LOGIC

"*Mal sahibi mülk sahibi, hani bunun ilk sahibi*" hesabı. Türkçede Arapça kökenli bir kelime MANTIK. Kelimenin kökü Arapça "**n(u)tq**" yani nut(u)k "**konuşma, söz söyleme**". Bu kökten "**mef'il**" vezniyle yapılmış bir kelime "**MANTIK**" yani "*1. Doğru düşünme sanatı ve bilimi. 2. isim Doğru düşünmenin yolu ve yöntemi*" vb. 

Gerçekten "insanın sözü, konuşması" ile beyni daha doğrusu düşünme yetisi, hareket tarzı vs.deki başarısı çok yakından ilişkili. 

Gelelim Yunancaya. Antik Yunanca "**LOGOS**" şu anlamlarda: "*1. Kelime, konuşma, ifade, söylem 2. Hesaplama, hesap 3. Neden*" vb. İngilizcede mantık "**LOGIC**", o da "**LOGOS**"tan gelişme. 

Araplar Yunancadan anlam kopyası yapmış, bu açık. Biz de kullanıyoruz.
