1985 yılında Zonguldak'da doğan Tolga ÇELİK Bey, şimdilerde İzmit'te yaşıyor. Geçmişte bilgisayar teknisyenliği ve kredi kart post cihazları teknisyenliği işini yaptı. Çocukluğundan beri bilgisayara karşı olan ilgi ve tutkusu ilerleyen yıllarda yazılımcılığa yöneltti. Günümüzde yapay zekâ alanlarından bir alanda bilgili olmak için çalışıyor. Bunların yanında ağ sayfaları tasarlayan Tolga ÇELİK Bey, çizi tasarımına da ilgi duyuyor. Türkçe Yazılım Konatı çatısı altında programlama dillerinin kılavuzlarını yazıyor.
